Updated Reservation Policies & Procedures
To ensure a seamless experience for your event, please review the following terms and conditions for all reservations at Granada Bowl:
Advance Booking & Scheduling: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred date and time are available. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to alternative scheduling based on lane availability.
Deposit Requirements: A minimum $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This payment must be processed within 72 hours of booking via telephone or through a Square payment link.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, your deposit and booking information will be moved to a "pending file" to be applied toward a future event or open play bowling.
Reservation Minimums: We do not accept reservations for fewer than two lanes or two hours.
Same-Day Inquiries: We are unable to accept same-day reservations. For immediate lane availability, please contact the facility directly by phone.
Extended Play: Requests to extend your reservation beyond the initial two hours are welcome but must be coordinated with our events team in advance to guarantee lane placement. Same-day extension requests are subject to current lane availability.
Communication: A member of our events team will respond to your inquiry via email within 24 hours.

Policies, Procedures and what to expect:
Food & Beverage Policies
To provide the best service for your event, please note the following guidelines regarding food and beverage service:
Pre-Order Amenities: All food and beverage pre-orders include a full setup of table cloths, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils, which will be conveniently staged on the counter behind your assigned lanes.
Submission Deadline: To ensure timely preparation, all food and beverage orders must be submitted via email at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.
Outside Food Policy: While pre-ordering is not a requirement for your reservation, please be advised that Granada Bowl strictly prohibits outside food and beverages, with the sole exception of celebratory cakes or desserts.

School & Youth Group Programs
Granada Bowl is pleased to offer exclusive "by the game" special pricing for Educational Support Services (ESS), field trips, and daycare organizations. To take advantage of these rates, please observe the following guidelines:
Eligibility: Special pricing is reserved for ESS groups, school-sanctioned field trips, and registered daycare programs.
Availability: These rates are available exclusively Monday through Thursday, with sessions concluding by 5:30 PM.
Booking Instructions: To request this specialized pricing, please select "School Outing" as your lane type on the reservation form located at the bottom of this page.
